"I have eventually managed to work out how to use Anima, having no app makes it more complicated. I am computer literate at 76, I wonder how many people my age and older are or even have smart phones, I wonder also how they get to see a GP when this is the route of access to a nurse practitioner or paramedic or a GP. Also I have three health issues ongoing but only one can be dealt with by the current process thus wasting time as other appointments are needed. Decisions needed to be run by the GP regarding treatment options. Seeing a different medical person /GP or otherwise does not lead to joined up medical diagnosis due to time limits on someone who doesn't know you nor would have time to read all of your medical records. I have access to the NHS app and are able to read test results, how many people do this or compare it with normal readings as Gps do not discuss unless there is a follow up appointment, I like others are just left wondering so turn to self diagnosis."
